Refund policy

 ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Due to the custom nature of printing one item at a time, at the request of a customer (Print on Demand). For this reason, all sales are final just like at an art fair.

We do not offer returns or refunds as our suppliers start to create your individual print the moment payment is submitted.  Please make sure you have the right item in your shopping cart before buying. Please refer to "Damages and Issues" below section for exceptions.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (that same day)  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Reach out to us here, if you have an item to report at hello@unitedwanderlust.com or artofpatriciajacques@gmail.com. Don't forget to include clear, close up views  and an overview photo of the specific areas of damages on the print itself. It will help speed things up.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot never be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders, printed on demand items, personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns, refunds or exchanges are available at this time.

Refunds
If your item is damaged, we will notify you once we’ve received and reviewed your refund request with your photos, to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
